The purpose of this survey is to guide consumers in their choice of an on-line community as a "home" on the internet. (See our editorial.)

This is an unbiased survey. We have no sponsor for this venture.

We ask that you provide a valid E-mail address so that we may ensure the validity of this survey. Your address will be shared with no one. Duplicate submissions from the same e-mail address for a community or submissions without a valid e-mail address will not be tabulated. However, you may make additional submissions for different communities.

All ratings are on a scale of 1-5 with 1 being the worst and 5 being the best. A "0" entry will not be tabulated. It will be considered a "no opinion" for whatever reason (i.e. not applicable, this service is not available, no experience with this service, etc.) An unanswered question (i.e. no entry checked) will be treated in the same way.

The results of this survey will be published in the March 1999 issue of Internet SPECTRUM.
